Nepal Oil Corporation Reduces Fuel Prices
Kathmandu. The Nepal Oil Corporation has reduced fuel prices. The board meeting held on Saturday decided to decrease the price of petrol by 2 rupees per liter and diesel and kerosene by 1 rupee per liter.
Similarly, the corporation has informed that the price of domestic aviation fuel has been reduced by 5 rupees per liter and the international aviation fuel by 37 US dollars per kiloliter. The reduced prices will come into effect from midnight.
Although the purchase price of LPG cylinders has increased by 35 rupees and 11 paisa, the corporation has stated that the price remains unchanged for now.
According to the new prices, petrol will now cost 163 rupees per liter and diesel and kerosene will cost 154 rupees per liter in Kathmandu.
