Supermai Hydro Power Announces Dividend, How much in Bonus and Cash?

Supermai Hydro Power Limited (SMH) has announced a distribution of 12.63 percent dividends to its shareholders from the profits achieved in the last financial year.

The company’s board meeting held on Bhadra 17 decided to give 7 percent bonus shares and 5.63 percent cash dividends (including tax). This proposal will be distributed to shareholders after approval from the Electricity Regulatory Commission and the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
