Oriental Hotels Announces Dividend and Calls for AGM; FY 2080/81
Kathmandu. Oriental Hotels Limited (OHL) has called for the 27th Annual General Meeting on Bhadra 20, 2081, where various agendas will be discussed including dividend distribution. This meeting will start at 11 AM at the Nepal Administrative Training Institute in Jawalakhel, Lalitpur.
This time, Oriental Hotels Limited has proposed to distribute 5% bonus shares and 0.2631% cash dividend (including tax) for the fiscal year 2080/81. The company's paid-up capital is currently Rs. 1.12 Billion. The book will be closed for the bonus and cash dividend proposal from Bhadra 7 to Bhadra 20, according to which only investors who are shareholders as of Bhadra 6 will be eligible to receive dividends and participate in the annual general meeting.
The meeting will also discuss the annual report, profit-loss, and cash flow of the last fiscal year 2080/81, along with the appointment of auditors and determination of fees for the fiscal year 2081/82.
