Fuel Prices Decreased for Petrol, Diesel, Kerosene, and Aviation Fuel

Kathmandu. Nepal Oil Corporation has reduced fuel prices. According to the Corporation, the prices of petrol, diesel, kerosene, and aviation fuel have been lowered.

Effective from midnight on Monday, the Corporation has reduced the price of petrol by 1, and the prices of diesel and kerosene by 2 each. Furthermore, for aviation fuel, the domestic price has been reduced by 6, and the international price by 45 per thousand liters, while kerosene's price has been decreased by 2 rupees, as stated by the Corporation.

According to the new prices, the price of petrol in Kathmandu is 158, and the prices of diesel and kerosene are 147 per liter, as reported by the Corporation.

Although the price of LP gas has increased by 41 rupees from India, the Corporation has decided to keep it unchanged in view of the festive season. Currently, the loss per cylinder of LP gas stands at 269 rupees and 80 paisa, as indicated by the Corporation.
