Problems Arise with Ticketing System for Nepal Premier League (NPL), Issues from the Start

The ticket booking for the first edition of the Nepal Premier League (NPL), starting on Mangsir 15 (Saturday), has been opened from today. The Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) had chosen Khalti as its ticketing partner. However, NPL has faced a major setback right from the beginning.

Since the initiation of ticket booking, the Khalti ticketing system has not been functional. Users have started encountering various types of error messages.

There have been protests against CAN for selecting a broadcasting and ticketing partner without competitive bidding. This issue has raised serious questions about the management of both the organizers and CAN.
