NESDO Sambridha Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited Proposes 15 Percent Dividend

Kathmandu, 3 Poush. Shareholders of NESDO Sambridha Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited will receive a total dividend of 15 percent from the profits of the last financial year. The board meeting held on Poush 2 proposed to distribute 14.25 percent in bonus shares from the current paid-up capital and 0.75 percent in cash dividends for tax purposes. 

This proposal will only be implemented after approval from the Nepal Rastra Bank and ratification at the institution's upcoming Annual General Meeting. 

Previously, the institution also distributed 15 percent in cash dividends from the profits of the financial year 2078/79.
