Sarbottam Cement Limited Announces Distribution of 10% Dividend

Kathmandu, 4 Poush. Sarbottam Cement Limited has announced the distribution of dividends to its shareholders from the profits of the last fiscal year. The company has decided to distribute a total dividend of 10%, consisting of 7% bonus shares and 3% cash dividend (including tax), based on the current paid-up capital.

The decision was made in a meeting of the Board of Directors held on Poush 3. The proposal will be implemented after being approved in the company's sixth annual general meeting. The general meeting is scheduled for Poush 26, Friday, at Hotel Vilasa in Bhairahawa starting at 11 AM.

The company has informed that it will close the books for the purposes of the general meeting and dividend distribution on Poush 12. Accordingly, shareholders who are on record until Poush 11 will be eligible to receive dividends and participate in the general meeting.
