Ngadi Group Power to Issue 100% Rights Shares from Poush 23

Kathmandu, 5 Poush. Ngadi Group Power Limited (NGPL) will be issuing rights shares in a 1:1 ratio based on the current paid-up capital starting from Poush 23. The company is set to issue 1 crore 85 lakh 12 thousand 792 rights shares, equivalent to NPR 1 arba 85 crore 12 lakh 79 thousand 222.  

The company has already closed the book on Mangsir 18 for the rights issuance. Thus, shareholders who have traded at NEPSE until Mangsir 17 will be able to apply. The last date to apply for rights shares has been set as Magh 14.  

Among the collected funds, the company plans to allocate NPR 1 arba 81 crore 87 lakh 79 thousand 222 for the construction of a hydroelectric project and NPR 3 crore 25 lakh for maintenance.  

The sales manager for these shares is Siddharth Capital Limited. Investors can apply through Siddharth Capital, branches of Siddharth Bank, participating banks and financial institutions in the ASBA service, and Mero Share.  

After the rights issuance, the company's paid-up capital will reach NPR 3 arba 70 crore 25 lakh 58 thousand.
