When is Nepal Life Insurance's AGM? Here's the Agenda

Kathmandu, Magh 18. Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited has convened its Annual General Meeting on Magh 28. The company will present a proposal to distribute a total of 21.05% dividend, consisting of 10% bonus shares from the profit of the last financial year and 11.05% cash dividend including tax.

The meeting will discuss the profit and loss of the fiscal year 2080–81. There will also be an agenda for the appointment of auditors and determination of remuneration for the fiscal year 2081–82. The meeting will start at 9 AM at Hotel Bishwa, Birgunj.

For the purpose of the general meeting and dividend distribution, the company will close the book on Magh 10. Therefore, only shareholders registered by Magh 9 will be able to participate in the meeting and receive the proposed dividend.
