Last Day to Apply for NLG Insurance Share Auction Today

Kathmandu, Magh 27. Today (Magh 27) is the last day to apply for the NLG Insurance share auction. A total of 317,533.22 shares of the insurance will be auctioned today. Applicants must submit their applications by the end of business hours. The company has brought to auction 29,977.31 shares from the founder group and 290,555.91 shares from the general public starting from Magh 20.   
Previously, the company had opened the sale of 9,631,220.22 rights shares from Mangsir 11 to Poush 16. The remaining unsold shares during that period have now been brought to auction by the company.

In this auction, investors must participate in competitive bidding based on a minimum of 100 rupees. For the founder group, a minimum of 10,000 shares can be applied for, and for the general public group, applications can be made for 100 shares. 

The sales manager for this auction will be Laxmi Sunrise Capital.
