Nyadi Hydropower Suffers Loss of 86 Lakh: Q2 Report

Kathmandu, Magh 27. By the end of the second quarter of the current fiscal year(2081/820, Nyadi Hydropower has suffered a loss of 86 Lakh 55 Thousand rupees. During the same period last year, Nyadi faced a loss of 10 Crore 64  Lakh rupees. 

The loss has decreased as the revenue from electricity sales increased. During this period, revenue from electricity sales rose by 27.11% to reach 36 Crore 48 Lakh rupees. In the same period last year, it earned 28 Crore 70 Lakh rupees from electricity sales. 

Meanwhile, operating profit also increased by 50.96%, reaching 20 Crore 93 Lakh rupees. By the end of Poush, its paid-up capital is 1 Arab 50 Crore rupees. Earnings per share are negative at 0.58 rupees (-0.58). The net worth per share is 73.70 rupees.
