United IDI Mardi RB Hydropower Distributing Bonuses to Shareholders

Kathmandu, Falgun 21. United IDI Mardi RB Hydropower Limited has announced a dividend for shareholders from last year's profit.

The company has called for a general meeting on Chait 11 to pass the dividend proposal. The company plans to distribute 4 percent bonus shares and 0.21 percent cash dividend for tax payment to shareholders. The meeting will start at 11 AM at Abhya Club, Gharipatan-17, Pokhara, Kaski. A proposal for issuing right shares will also be presented at the meeting.

Moreover, it has decided to issue right shares at a 1:1 share ratio. The company has declared that it will issue 100 percent right shares on the paid-up capital after the distribution of bonus shares. Currently, its paid-up capital stands at 443.1 million rupees.

For the purpose of the meeting, the company will close the book on Falgun 23, Friday. Therefore, only shareholders holding shares until Falgun 22, Thursday, will be able to participate in the meeting.
