Last Day to Secure 100% Rights Shares of Tehrathum Power Today

Kathmandu, Bhadra 4. The final date to secure 100% rights shares of Tehrathum Power Company Limited (TPC) is today, Sunday, Bhadra 4. Since the company will close its book for the purpose of issuing rights shares tomorrow, Bhadra 5, only the shareholders who have been trading on NEPSE until today will be eligible to subscribe to the rights shares.

According to the approval received from the Securities Board of Nepal, the company will issue rights shares at a ratio of 1:1 at a price of NPR 100 per share, totaling 400,000 shares with a current paid-up capital of NPR 400 million. After the rights issuance, the company's paid-up capital will reach NPR 800 million.

The sales manager for these rights shares is Nabil Investment Banking Limited. The company has announced plans to use the capital raised from the rights issue for the construction of the Khurunga Tangmaya River Hydroelectric Project.
