Trade Tower's IPO Allotment Completed, Over 1.8 Million Applicants Left Empty-Handed

Kathmandu. The allotment of the ordinary shares (IPO) of Trade Tower Limited has been completed.
The IPO allotment was conducted this morning at 9:30 AM at the Crystal Pashupati Hotel in Gaushala under the management of Laxmi Sunrise Capital.
There was significant interest in the company's IPO, where the total demand was oversubscribed by 7.82 times. Due to the high number of applications compared to the demand, the allotment was conducted through a lottery system.
A total of 2,169,891 individuals applied for 25,779,790 shares in the IPO. Out of these, only 329,650 individuals received shares, while 1,840,241 individuals left empty-handed.
Previously, the company issued 3,296,505 shares at a rate of 100 rupees per share from Jestha 14 to 20.
