Swarojgar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited announced Dividends

Swarojgar LaghuBitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SLBBL) has announced the distribution of bonus shares and cash dividends to its shareholders from the profits of the previous fiscal year.

SLBBL has declared a 7% bonus share and a 0.3684% cash dividend for the purpose of tax to the shareholders based on the recently concluded fiscal year's profitability. The decision was made during a meeting of the board of directors held on Magh 15.

The distribution of dividends is subject to approval from the Nepal Rastra Bank, and once approved, the company will proceed with the distribution after the upcoming annual general meeting.
