Him Star Energy Company's IPO Allocation Completed, Five Applicants Received One Additional Share Each

Kathmandu, Asar 32 — Him Star Urja Company Limited's initial public offering (IPO) allocation was completed on Wednesday. The allocation program was held at the office of NIC Asia Capital Limited at 3 PM.
The company had issued the IPO for the general public from Asar 24 to 27. A total of 773,975 shares were issued at a face value of NPR 100.
According to NIC Asia Capital, there were 204,456 applicants for the IPO. With a total share demand reaching 2.4 Crore 27.8 Lakh application units were rejected. The allocation was done through a lottery system.
Through the lottery, 77,397 people received 10 shares each. Among them, five lucky applicants also received one additional share each.
Meanwhile, around 1,817,979 applicants were unable to receive shares and went empty-handed.
