City Hotel Granted Approval for 80% Rights Share Issuance

Kathmandu, 4 Shrawan 2082 — City Hotel Limited has obtained approval from the Securities Board of Nepal for the issuance and sale of rights shares. The board granted permission today, Sunday.

The hotel currently has a paid-up capital of Rs 1 Arba 33 Crore 92 Lakh. The company is set to issue rights shares at a ratio of 1:0.80, which means 1 Crore 33 Lakh 92 Thousand shares will be made public. This issuance will be managed by Prabhu Capital Limited.
