Shiva Shree Hydropower to issue 100% Rights Shares, Approved by SEBON

Kathmandu, Shrawn 4 — Shiva Shree Hydropower Limited has received approval for the issuance of rights shares equal to 100% of its current capital. The Nepal Securities Board has granted the company permission to issue rights shares in a 1:1 ratio.

Following the approval from the board, the company will now be able to issue a total of 1 crore 47 lakh 64 thousand shares, with a total value of 1 arba 47 crore 64 lakh Nepali Rupees. The management of the sale and distribution of these rights shares will be handled by Citizens Capital Limited.
