Shrinagar Agritech Receives Approval for IPO Issuance

The Nepal Securities Board has granted Shrinagar Agritech Industries Limited the permission to carry out an Initial Public Offering (IPO). The board granted this permission to the company on Shrawan 13.

Now the company will be able to publicly issue ordinary shares amounting to 20 percent of its issued capital, equivalent to 32.6 Crore rupees. A total of 3,262,500 shares will be made available in the market at a par value of 100 rupees per share.

The responsibility for managing the share issuance and sales will be handled by Nabil Investment Banking Limited.
