Significant Increase in Gold Prices on Wednesday, Silver Also Becomes More Expensive

Kathmandu, 14 Shrawan — On the fourth day of the week, a significant increase in the price of gold has been observed in the Nepali market. According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Entrepreneurs Association, the price of hallmarked gold has increased by 1,400 rupees per tola, now reaching 194,400 rupees.
Previously, the price of hallmarked gold was 193,000 rupees. With today's price increase, there has been a notable change in the trading rate of gold.
Slight Increase in Silver Prices
Today, the price of silver has also increased by 10 rupees per tola, reaching 2,310 rupees. According to details provided by the association, the price of hallmarked gold per 10 grams is 166,665 rupees and the price of silver per 10 grams has reached 1,981 rupees.
