Final Chance Today to Secure 100% Rights Shares of Shiva Shree Hydropower

Kathmandu, Shrawan 15 – Shiva Shree Hydropower Limited has today as the final day to secure its 100% rights shares. According to the company's decision to close the books on Shrawan 16, investors who purchase shares by today will be able to apply for the rights share.

The Securities Board of Nepal granted approval to the company to issue rights shares at a 1:1 ratio on Shrawan 4. Accordingly, the company is issuing rights shares equal to 100% of its current paid-up capital.

The company plans to sell 1,47,64,000 shares at a par value of Rs. 100. This is aimed at raising a total capital of Rs. 1,47,64,00,000.

The responsibility of managing the rights share sale has been assigned to Citizens Capital. Only shareholders listed in NEPSE until today will be able to apply.
