Akama Hotel to Operate Under Ramada

The Akama Hotel in Dhumbarahi, Kathmandu, operating since the past four years, will now be operating under the globally acclaimed brand 'Ramada by Wyndham.' In a special event held today, Akama Hotel and the internationally recognized brand 'Ramada' signed a franchise agreement.

The hotel, which started as a four-star establishment and upgraded to a five-star property in the fiscal year 2080, has now entered into a franchise agreement with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, a popular and prestigious chain at the international level, for business expansion and commercial development.

Sanima Group, the company behind the hotel's development, expressed satisfaction with the partnership with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts for the franchise. The hotel, which officially started operations in February 2019 and has been in full swing since then, has gained recognition by operating under the 'Ramada by Wyndham' brand in more than 120 countries.

Akama Hotel has expressed its commitment to further involve the general public by considering plans to issue IPO shares soon.
