Siuri Nyadi Power Limited has announced the date for its seventh annual general meeting. The decision was made during a meeting of the board of directors held on Magh 11.

The Annual General Meeting, which will take place on Falgun 09 at Lisara Party Palace in Kathmandu, has been finalized during the meeting. The company plans to discuss and approve the reports of the executive committee, including financial details, audit reports, and the appointment of auditors on the AGM. Additionally, the company will propose various resolutions, including the issuance of ordinary shares to the general public.

Siuri Nyadi Power Limited has been actively involved in the construction of a 40.27-megawatt Super Hydropower Project in Lamjung district.
