What will be the opening range of Him Star Urja?

Kathmandu — Although the IPO allotment was completed a month ago, shares of Him Star Urja Company Limited have not yet appeared in investors' demat accounts. Generally, shares should appear in accounts within 10–15 days after allotment, but this time the process has been delayed, creating confusion among investors.
Reasons for Delay
According to NIC Asia Capital, the delay in the share distribution process is due to holdups from the CDSC (Central Depository System). Additionally, a dispute over ISIN has also been cited as a reason. However, the process is now in its final stages, and shares are expected to be visible in investors' accounts within the next two days as confirmed by Capital.
When Will Trading Start?
NIC Asia Capital is preparing to file with NEPSE after the shares are visible in the account from CDSC. If all processes are completed smoothly, trading is expected to begin in NEPSE within a week.
What is the Opening Range?
The opening trading price of any company on NEPSE is determined based on the company's net worth or book value. The book value of Him Star Energy is NPR 99.17. Since a range of up to three times that value will be determined, the opening range will be from NPR 99.17 to NPR 297.51.
