Shiva Shree Hydropower Launches 100% Rights Issue, Starting from Bhadra 19

Kathmandu, 1 Bhadra. Shiva Shree Hydropower Company Limited (SSHL) is going to issue a total of 1 crore 47 lakh 64 thousand units of rights shares at an issue price of Rs. 100 per share starting from Bhadra 19, in a 1:1 ratio. The company had obtained permission from the Securities Board on Shrawan 4 for this.

The company has already closed the books for the rights issue on Shrawan 16. Accordingly, only those shareholders registered in NEPSE until Shrawan 15 will be able to apply. The final date for applying for the rights issue has been set for Ashwin 8.

The issue and sales manager is Citizens Capital Limited, and investors can apply through the specified branches of Citizens Bank International, participating banks and financial institutions in the C-ASBA service, and via the 'Mero Shares' online platform.
