Nepse Gives Strong Warning to Recommending Buy/Sell, Here's How to File a Complaint

Kathmandu, Bhadra 2. The Nepal Stock Exchange (Nepse) has urged investors to be cautious about misleading share tips, buying and selling advice, and rumor-spreading activities through social media.
Nepse has clarified that only official information and press releases will be published through its own website and verified social media channels. It has also urged not to trust information coming from other sources.
Nepse has warned that misusing the name or logo of the institution to create pages, groups, or apps for sharing market-related information is a legal offense.
Investors are advised to rely on official sources for information rather than rumor or baseless reports.
Recently, various websites and apps have been found selling different packages under the name "AI Buy–Sell Signal", which according to the Nepal Stock Exchange (Nepse) is an illegal activity. Such actions can create confusion in the capital market, provide incorrect advice to investors, and unnecessarily influence the market.
If you have seen such activities, you can collect relevant screenshots and evidence and file a complaint to the Nepal Stock Exchange (Nepse) via email at [email protected].
