Annapurna Cable Car set to Issue IPO, Calls AGM

Annapurna Cable Car is set to issue an Initial Public Offering (IPO). The company has invited shareholders to its annual general meeting, where the proposal for the IPO will be presented.

The annual general meeting of the company is scheduled for the 11th of Falgun. It will commence at 2 PM at the Waterfront Resort in Pokhara. During the meeting, the shareholders will approve the proposal to issue public shares as outlined in Section 6 of the company's Articles of Association. The meeting will also authorize the board of directors to execute matters related to the public share issuance.

The meeting has also approved the release of the financial reports for the fiscal year 2079/80 and has authorized the appointment of auditors for the fiscal year 2080/81, along with determining their remuneration.
