Siddhartha Bank Sets Book Close Date; Shareholders Registered by Ashoj 16 Will Receive Dividend
Siddhartha Bank Limited (SBL) has set the date for closing the shareholder registration book for its Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Kathmandu. Siddhartha Bank Limited (SBL) has set the date for closing the shareholder registration book (Book Close) for its Annual General Meeting (AGM).
According to the information sent by the bank to the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE), it has decided to close the book for one day on Ashoj 16, 2083.
According to the decision made by the bank's board of directors, the Annual General Meeting will be held on Ashoj 28, 2083 (October 14, 2026). Since the book will be closed on Ashoj 16, shareholders registered until the previous trading day will be eligible to participate in the AGM and receive the proposed dividend.
Siddhartha Bank has proposed a 10% bonus shares and a 10% cash dividend (including tax) for the fiscal year 2082/83. Additionally, an 8.25% cash dividend has been proposed for redeemable preference shareholders.
The bank has stated that discussions and decisions will be made on financial statements, the appointment of auditors, and other proposals at the AGM.
