Mid Solu Hydropower Announces Dividend: How Much Bonus and Cash?

Kathmandu. Mid Solu Hydropower Limited (MSHL) has proposed to distribute dividends to shareholders from the profits of the fiscal year 2082/83.

The company’s board meeting held on Bhadra 5, 2083 has made the decision to distribute the said dividend. The company has proposed to distribute 15 percent bonus shares and 0.789 percent cash dividend from its own profits.

The company stated that the proposed dividend will be distributed to shareholders after obtaining approval from the regulatory body, the Electricity Regulatory Commission, and from the company’s upcoming fifth annual general meeting for the fiscal year 2082/83.
