Surya Jyoti Life Insurance announced 35 percent dividend, how much in bonus share and cash?

Kathmandu, 21 Chaitra. Surya Jyoti Life Insurance Company Limited has announced the distribution of dividends to the shareholders from the profits of the last financial year.

The insurance company has announced to distribute dividends at the rate of 35 percent of the current paid-up capital. Out of which 10.26 percent are bonus shares and 24.74 percent (including tax purposes) are cash dividends.

The dividend will be distributed after it is approved by the Nepal Insurance Authority and passed by the next Annual General Meeting.

The meeting of the board of directors of insurance held on Chaitra 20 has decided to distribute the dividend at that rate.
